This Policy explains how FutureHuman Technology Private Limited (“FutureHuman”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use aipe.club, the aipe apps, SDKs/APIs, and related services.

1) Who we are & how to contact us

Regulatory note: Use of UPI, RuPay on UPI, CLUPI, e-mandates, and KYC/eSign is subject to Indian laws and NPCI/RBI/UIDAI rules and partner policies. We do not capture or store your UPI PIN.

2) Scope & applicability

Applies when you visit our sites, use the apps, create an account, make/receive payments, set up e-mandates, sign digital MoUs, use Trip & Event, Manage You, Wallets, UPI Credit Line, RuPay card, communicate with us, or participate in surveys, marketing, beta programs, or referrals. Third-party services you access have their own policies.

3) Definitions

  • Personal data: info that identifies or can reasonably identify you.
  • Sensitive data: financial info, government IDs, KYC docs/photos, precise location, etc.
  • Processing: collect, store, use, share, delete, etc.
  • Controller/Processor: who decides purposes/means vs. processes on instructions.

4) What we collect & sources

A) You provide

  • Identity & contact; KYC/eSign; payments & accounts; cards/credit metadata (no full PAN/CVV); communications; uploads.

B) Automatically

  • Device & log data; analytics; rough location (IP); precise location if permitted; cookies/SDKs.

C) From partners

  • Banking/payments status; verification/KYC; credit bureaus (for eligibility); contacts you refer/invite.

UPI PIN is captured/validated by bank/NPCI; aipe doesn’t see/store your UPI PIN.

5) Why we use your data

Provide/improve Services; payments over UPI and beyond; trust-layer & legal tools; credit & cards (partners); Trip & Event, Manage You, Wallets; safety/security/fraud; support/comms; analytics/A-B tests; legal compliance; and (where permitted) marketing with controls.

7) App permissions (mobile)

Camera, photos/files, contacts, location, NFC/Bluetooth, and push — only when required and with OS controls. We don’t access mic/call logs/SMS without explicit need and consent (e.g., OTP autofill if offered by OS).

8) Cookies, SDKs & similar tech

Strictly necessary, functional, analytics/performance, and advertising/attribution. Manage choices via cookie banner, browser settings, or in-app controls.

9) Sharing & disclosures

Not sold. Shared with regulated partners, vendors, AI/ML infra (with safeguards), for legal compliance, and in business transfers — each bound to protect data and use it only for intended purposes.

10) International transfers

Data may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs), encryption, and access controls.

11) Data retention

Retained as needed for purposes and obligations (e.g., transactions 7–10 years), then minimized/aggregated/anonymized.

12) Your privacy choices & rights

Access/correct/delete, withdraw consent, marketing/cookie controls, device permissions; region-specific rights for India, EU/UK, California; identity verification may be required.

13) Children’s privacy; 14) Security

Not intended for children (India: under 18). We use appropriate technical/organizational measures; no system is 100% secure. Breach notices provided as required by law.

15) Automated decision-making & AI

Some features use automated processing (fraud/risk, insights, reminder timing, partner credit eligibility). We strive for fairness, with human oversight where mandated. We minimize data to any third-party AI services and bind vendors under DPAs.

We may update this Policy and adjust the “Last updated” date; material changes may include additional notice.

C) California (CCPA/CPRA)

Categories, purposes, and sharing per sections above. We do not “sell” PI; limited “sharing” for advertising; opt-out available.

20) Quick summary

  • We collect only what we need, keep it secure, and follow the law.
  • We never store your UPI PIN or full card details.
  • We work with regulated partners and trusted vendors bound to protect your data.
