TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the mobile application, website, APIs, and all related digital platforms (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by:

(“Company”, “aipe”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform, you (“User”, “You”, or “Your”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. PLATFORM NATURE & SERVICE MODEL

1.1aipe is a technology-enabled finance services platform that enables users to request and receive financial assistance, compliance services, documentation support, and advisory services through an integrated digital infrastructure.

1.2 The Platform enables users to request and receive end-to-end financial services, including but not limited to:

  • taxation assistance
  • regulatory registrations and filings
  • compliance support
  • financial documentation services
  • business advisory services
  • financial consultation and guidance

1.3All services available on the Platform are organized, coordinated, and delivered through aipe’s internal processes, technology systems, and our experts.

1.4 aipe manages the entire service lifecycle, including:

  • service request and booking
  • expert assignment
  • document collection
  • workflow management
  • communication and updates
  • service completion and delivery
  • payment processing

1.5The Platform is designed to provide a structured, technology-driven, and seamless financial service experience for Users.

2. SERVICE EXECUTION

2.1Services on the Platform may be executed by qualified professionals and specialists working with or engaged by the Company (“our experts”).

2.2 Our experts may include professionals such as:

  • chartered accountants
  • tax professionals
  • compliance specialists
  • financial consultants
  • regulatory filing specialists

2.3The Company may assign or change experts as necessary to ensure efficient service delivery.

2.4Users acknowledge that all service requests are managed and coordinated by the Platform, and experts may be assigned based on availability, specialization, and service requirements.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

    You are legally competent to enter into binding agreements under applicable Indian law.

    All information and documents submitted by you are accurate, complete, and lawful.

    You will not use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.

4. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & SERVICE FLOW

4.1Users may book services through the Platform for various financial and compliance needs.

4.2 Payments may include:

  • service fees
  • platform processing fees
  • applicable statutory or government charges

4.3Payments may be processed through RBI-compliant payment gateways, UPI infrastructure, or other authorized payment systems.

4.4The Company may collect and process payments for services delivered through the Platform.

5. SERVICE DELIVERY

5.1aipe aims to provide timely and efficient financial service support through its digital infrastructure and our experts.

5.2 Service timelines may depend on factors including:

  • availability of required documents
  • verification requirements
  • government or regulatory authority timelines
  • completeness and accuracy of information provided by the User

5.3 The Company does not guarantee:

  • approval by regulatory authorities
  • government processing timelines
  • specific financial outcomes

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information
  • submit required documents in a timely manner
  • cooperate with service requests for clarification or verification

The Company shall not be responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User.

7. NO GUARANTEES

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

The Company does not guarantee:

  • ✗regulatory approvals
  • ✗tax outcomes
  • ✗financial gains or results

Any decisions made by the User based on services obtained through the Platform remain the sole responsibility of the User.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
  • loss of profits, business, or data
  • regulatory penalties or tax liabilities
  • delays caused by government or regulatory authorities

Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the service fee paid by the User for the specific service.

9. TERMINATION

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access to the Platform without prior notice in cases of:

misuse of the Platform
fraudulent or unlawful activity
violation of these Terms
legal or regulatory requirements

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana.
